Towergate Bakers support Park Home Residents
As one of the leading Park Home insurers Towergate Bakers have
always taken a very active role within the park home community.
They launched the ‘Park Owner of the Year’ competition in 1996,
this was re-branded ‘Park of the Year’ in 2008 and also sponsor the
Independent Park Home Advisory Service (IPHAS) which is one of the
leading national residents’ associations.
They are now offering financial support to Park Home resident’s
groups to help towards the cost of organising activities and
events. One of the most attractive features of the Park Home
lifestyle is the community spirit which is evident on so many parks
which Towergate Bakers is keen to foster and encourage. The
initiative launched in 2007 has been very well received and amongst
the wide range of activities which have received support are a
Christmas Party for residents at Drayton Hall Park, a day trip to
the National Park Home Show for residents at Lower Lodge Park,
support for a number of events for residents at Fengate Park, a day
out to Swanage for residents at Oaktree Park, a boat trip on the
River Thames for the Stonehill Woods Social Group and sponsorship
of the annual summer fete for residents at Langar Woods Park.
In addition an increasing number of parks are producing their
own newsletters which are both informative and entertaining -
and costly. Towergate Bakers is very keen to encourage these
community activities and has supported a number by way of
sponsorship including Pathfinder Village and Marina Park
If you think Towergate Bakers may be able to help the residents
on your park why not drop a line to Paul Baker or e-mail paul.baker@towergate.co.uk -
nothing ventured nothing gained! In return for our support we
usually ask for some publicity of our support and some photographs
of the event which we may reproduce in one of our regular
newsletters. We may also ask if you are able to distribute our
newsletters to residents on your park.
