The process is simple

• Download and complete the claim form, get estimates for repair where possible
• If necessary, we will send someone to inspect the damage
• We authorise repairs or pay you the value of your claim

Case study

Mr R awoke to the sound of screeching brakes. He looked out of the window to find that his garden shed had been destroyed by an out-of-control car.

The next day he phoned us, and we sent him a claim form to him with clear advice about what to do next. He returned the claim form within a week, together with a quote for replacing the shed and contents.
