Case study

On Christmas Day Mr J's festivities were interrupted by a call to tell him that his motorhome had been damaged by a fire.

As soon as it was reported, we made arrangements for loss adjustors to visit the damaged motorhome. Unfortunately, the motorhome had been gutted by the fire and settlement was agreed to replace it.

In the meantime, Mr J found a replacement motorhome and the money from his claim settlement was cleared into his account in plenty of time for him to buy the new motorhome.
