Towergate Bakers scored high marks
for its service and insurance schemes in a survey by 'Caravan
Magazine'.
The popular publication's annual review of caravan
insurance has just been published for May 2006.
The review was carried out by freelance journalist David
Serpell, and analysed about 20 specialist caravan
insurance products.
It summarised the main benefits provided and rated the
Towergate Bakers insurance based on
four categories:
- Call centre - 'excellent' and 'friendly', scored 5/5
- Website - 'easy to use', a 'superior service that earns
confidence', scored 4/5
- Paperwork - 'simple', scored 4/5
- Value for money - scored 4/5
The review concluded: "The caviar of tourer insurance for the
serious caravanner - this has no equal."
