The process is simple

• For 'Essentials' policy holders you should contact 0115 934 9818
• For 'Select' policy holders call our dedicated claims team on 01242 528 844 for immediate advice
• Download and complete the claim form, get estimates for repair where possible
• If necessary, we will send someone to inspect the damage
• Repairs are then authorised or you receive a cheque for the value of your claim

Case study

A few days before their annual holiday in Cornwall, Mr and Mrs B received a call from their caravan storage site to say their touring caravan had been stolen.

We were notified and immediately appointed loss adjusters, who contacted and met Mr and Mrs B within three days. The loss adjusters agreed an interim payment so that the family could hire another touring caravan and take their two-week break as planned.
