and talk to our ever-helpful, expert team.
Will my caravan be insured whilst being towed?
Yes. Our policies provide cover for all
types of accidental damage or loss, whether the caravan is being
towed, on site or in storage.
Will I be able to take my caravan abroad?
Yes. Our Select policy
provides cover all year round for European use. Our
Essentials policy includes 30 days European cover
as standard but can be upgraded to 240 days cover.
Will my caravan still be covered if my son or daughter borrows
it?
Our Select and
Economy policies provide cover as standard,
allowing for friends and family to use your caravan.. Our
Essentials policy does allow use by
Immediate Family (Spouse, common law spouse) and
can be expanded to included Extended Family
(Parents, Siblings, Step Children, Step Parents, In laws, Grand
parents and aunts / uncles) as an optional extra on the
policy.
How much will I have to pay as an excess if I have to
claim?
This will vary depending upon the excess
you choose. Our Select policy is free from excess
unless you choose otherwise and our Essentials
policy has a standard £150 excess.
What am I likely to receive if my caravan is stolen or damaged
beyond repair?
With our
Select policy, if you have chosen
'new for old' cover and your sum insured is enough to pay for it,
we will replace your caravan with its brand new equivalent. If not,
then we will pay you its value immediately before it was stolen or
damaged. Our Essentials policy
still has the same type of coverage but is dependent upon the age,
ownership of your caravan.
