Fast and fair claims

The process is simple

• Download and complete the claim form, get estimates for repair where possible
• If necessary, we will send someone to inspect the damage
• We authorise repairs or pay you the value of your claim

Case study

While touring in Devon, Mr and Mrs C damaged their folding caravan on a gatepost. When they got home, they downloaded our claim form and returned it to us together with a quote for repairs.

Within 24 hours of receiving the form, we authorised the repairs of the folding caravan directly with the repairer. Once repairs were complete, we settled the final invoice by return (the policyholder having already paid the excess).
